Notes:

1)
In order to assure that participants might make the most of the courses , while enjoying enhanced safety conditions, practical training sessions are carried out with a limited number of students. Students are split into small groups up to the maximum of 20 students and a minimum of 10 students per classes. A group of 30 people, for instance, will be divided into two groups of 15 students each. General participation is thereby stimulated.
2) The training sessions in Brazil will be held in Rio de Janeiro and their practical sessions will take place in the company's modern outdoor training area.
3) As for the theoretical aspect, instruction will be given through the oral/expository presentation technique and its practical part will take the form of demonstration and practical applications. Practical instruction will be accomplished under extreme realistc conditions an all the stages detailed in the Specific Project will be completed, even if this implies in repeating the drill.
4) Individual safety equipment will be provided (overall, helmet, hood and gloves) by the company during training in Brazil;
5) 5) Courses and training can be performed in many places in Brazil and abroad.
